Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
Location: United States (with travel to Harris County, TX approximately 40% over one year)
Position Type: Contract / Full-Time
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our team and support a critical implementation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules and a solid background in full-cycle implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a functional consultant.
- Work directly with end customers to gather requirements and recommend optimal configuration options.
- Explain pros and cons of various configuration options and guide the client toward best practices.
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams and other functional consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide support throughout all phases of the project including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Travel to Harris County, TX as needed (approximately 40% over the course of the year).
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree is required.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 3 years (5+ preferred) of functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Demonstrated experience implementing specific Oracle Cloud HCM sub-modules (please specify on resume).
- Prior experience as part of an implementation team for Oracle Cloud HCM software products.
