Title: App Programmer V (Production Support)

Location: Northeastern United States (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$47.49-$67.84/Hrs

Description:
* Address and resolve business queries related to market risk.
* Efficiently manage user query mailbox and provide timely responses.
* Address feed and batch support issues, manage alerts, and monitor systems.
* Utilize various framework tools for updates and report production.
* Manage incidents, provide user notifications, and handle escalations.
* Coordinate resolutions with development teams and assist with metrics reporting.
* Organize and conduct meetings for issue resolution and identify automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to business queries and resolve issues in the market risk domain.
* Manage user query mailbox and ensure timely responses.
* Resolve feed and batch support items and manage system alerts.
* Utilize framework tools for updates and reporting.
* Handle incident management and manage escalations.
* Coordinate with development teams for issue resolution.
* Conduct Business Continuity testing and manage documentation.

Qualifications:
* 5 years of experience in production support.
* Strong knowledge of SQL and UNIX/LINUX.
* Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and ITIL.
* Excellent communication, project, and time management skills.
* Ability to work in a multi-regional team environment.
* Experience in the financial industry and knowledge of market risk.
* Familiarity with agile methodology and operations exposure with Windows OS.
