DevOps Engineer

A globally leading technology company is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to support the Machine Learning Platform (MLPT) Polymer group. In this role, you ll manage and optimize large-scale Kubernetes clusters, perform regular cloud infrastructure operations, and lead CI/CD and GitOps initiatives to enhance software lifecycle automation. You ll also oversee database administration, including migrations, telemetry instrumentation, performance tuning, and cost optimization to ensure reliable and efficient data systems. Job Responsibilities:
Manage Kubernetes clusters by performing improvements and regular maintenance. Perform cloud infrastructure operational tasks.
Perform Database administration tasks including migration, instrumenting of telemetry, performance monitoring, cost monitoring and consolidation.
CI/CD-focused projects that include implementing features for GitOps + software lifecycle tooling and processes.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in relevant field.
3-5 years experience with Kubernetes, AWS and Database administration: Postgres, RDS (eg. Aurora).
3 years experience in Python, Bash.
Operational Experience with cloud-based service infrastructure (DNS, load balancing, ingress, telemetry and logging).

Pay range: $ 75.00 - $ 90.00 (DOE)
