Location : Cupertino, Bay Area
Onsite 5 days a week
Job Description
- At least 3 years of experience as a Splunk Dashboard Developer, creating visually appealing and interactive dashboards for data analysis and reporting.
- Program Management experience 1-2 years to drive issues, track tasks and evaluate priorities on a regular basis.
- B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent work experience (MS is a plus)
- Proficiency in scripting for data manipulation, extraction, and automation tasks.
- Strong knowledge of Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL)/Tableau query language and its application in data queries and visualization.
- Familiarity with data analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of projects in a dynamic paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
The lead Developer should be responsible for the following (not limited to):
- Entire team s deliverables and quality of work
- Handle resource assignment and work scheduling
- Report two weeks ahead for any team member to take Vacation/Annual leave and arrange coverage such that business is not impacted
- New team member s screening, onboarding, training and regular check-in
- Initial triage for any external or internal escalation
- Monitor issue report from each team member and provide Weekly Summary Report
- Feedback gathering from leaders and cross functional teams
- Fill in the resource gap if someone on leave.
