Compensation:
Salary: $66.15-$94.50 Per HR

Description:
Collaborate with business units to understand strategies and processes.
Develop detailed requirements and support technical designs.
Elicit and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Participate in SCRUM team meetings to communicate requirements.
Ensure user stories meet the definition of ready.
Write detailed specifications and documentation.
Suggest and implement software and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and goals.
Ensure applications meet business requirements and goals.
Participate in project planning and maintenance activities.
Assist in software releases, upgrades, and deployments.
Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Build rapport and elicit problem details from customers.
Promote understanding of business processes and systems.

Qualifications:
Experience with business analysis and application development.
Familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
Understanding of SDLC methodologies.
Experience with project management and documentation tools.
Ability to model system diagrams and business processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
