Job Description:
Role: Program Analyst/Project Analyst
Experience & Education
- 3 5 years of experience in an analytical position using database programs and spreadsheet software
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Gathering, documenting, and analyzing data
- Drawing conclusions based on data insights
- Managing projects, programs, and assignments
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Associate s degree in a related field required
Technical Skills
- Experience analyzing, coding, testing, and documenting moderately complex application programs
- May assist with preparing technical specifications
- Knowledge of:
- Report production
- Database structures
- Software and hardware tools
- Systems development and project methodologies
Project Coordination Responsibilities
- Support Project Manager with end-to-end project execution, including work order closure
- Coordinate and review documentation with customers; submit to the Design Hub
- Set project deadlines and track deliverables
- Manage and resolve design and scheduling conflicts
- Ensure contracts/invoices are accurate and complete based on scope/type
- Coordinate construction schedules with stakeholders and District Operations
- Track field completion and notify customers of status and delivery
- Assist PM in reporting tasks, tracking inactive work orders, and addressing potential AFUDC charges
