Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for our Observability Data Lake team. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing the observability data lake, which ingests data at massive scale and requires rapid processing for actionable insights. As the Technical Lead, you will architect, engineer, optimize, and support the observability data lake, leveraging Vector.dev for data pipelines, ClickHouse for storage, and Grafana for visualization. You will handle data ingestion and correlation at scale from various sources, ensuring high-speed processing for observability use cases. Familiarity with event management and open-source technologies is key, as the role involves solutioning in a fast-paced, chaotic environment with significant opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect, engineer, and optimize the observability data lake, ensuring it can handle data ingestion and correlation at scale from various sources.
Leverage Vector.dev for building and maintaining efficient data pipelines.
Utilize ClickHouse for high-speed data storage and retrieval.
Implement Grafana for data visualization, providing actionable insights for observability use cases.
Ensure seamless integration, correlation, and visualization of data to support real-time decision-making.
Drive innovation in the open-source observability space, continuously seeking ways to improve the platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex observability challenges and deliver integrated solutions.
Document processes and solutions, providing clear guidelines and support for IT operations and development teams.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and practices in observability and data lake management, continuously seeking ways to improve operations and contribute to innovation within the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the observability data lake, providing expert guidance and solutions to enhance performance.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical oversight and contributing to the successful delivery of observability solutions.

Required Qualifications:
