Job Details

The Training Specialist will contribute to the development, implementation and success of the related applications. The Trainer will also develop and maintain application-training materials, including eLearning scripts, as directed by Manager.
1. Supports all elements of Business Application training planning, design, development and implementation
2. Provides training for all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including training super users, other trainers and end-users
3. Trains and coaches end-users, super-users, and training support staff during and after training sessions, and during optimization initiatives
4. Develops and conducts training overviews
5. Contributes to the development of training plans for their designated applications and user roles
6. Develops detailed curriculum content that includes but is not limited to instructor/student guides, quick reference materials, job aids, scripts and scenarios

Must Haves:
United States citizenship is a mandatory requirement.
2 years plus instructor-led class training experience (in person or virtual).
Curriculum and training materials development.
Experience with IP nurse training.
Demonstrated ability to deliver classroom training using best practice adult learning principles.
Demonstrated experience with the basics of curriculum development.
Ability to accept accountability for assignments, timeliness, and quality of work.
Excellent communication skills with all levels of hospital staff.
Bachelor's degree required.
