Our client, a (Tech industry), is looking to hire a (Technical Program Product Manager I) in (Remote).

Technical Program Product Manager I
12months
Location: REMOTE
Pay Range: $45/hr.-$50/hr. (DOE)

  • External Payment Services has an immediate opening for a Technical Program Manager. You will be responsible for developing and managing projects that affect new consumer-facing payments products.
  • The projects require timely execution with the highest degrees of security, performance, availability, and reliability. You will act as a bridge between External Payment Services and all internal customers that rely on our infrastructure. Other responsibilities include defining requirements, planning delivery, designing websites and features.
  • The TPM will provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

Required Skills/Exp (3-5yrs):
*******TRAVEL 75% OF THE TIME FOR THIS ROLE!
  • Industry experience as a construction management/admin or technical lead is required
  • Good track record of working effectively with across different groups in the organization
  • A record of successful delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment
  • Ability to work the business side of projects to drive deployment of new products
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Work with site operations team to review CADS and determine what area of building and dock doors are used for each business within the parent site
  • Work with engineering team to verify Faber hardware blueprints to make sure they have proper needed coverage
  • Coordinate installation timelines with vendor and Project Faber STL team (we have STLs for each business line)
  • Communicate between vendor and site installation needs (zones cleared out, dock doors being worked on etc.)
  • Partner with stakeholders on tech sims for IDF access
  • Partner with stakeholders on team to schedule post installation environment validation
  • Partner with procurement POC for hardware needs by site.

Preferred Skills/Exp:
  • Ex- client bonus? --- Ex Amazon is a bonus
  • Past industry preference? --- construction mgt/admin or project/program mgt.

Degree or Certification:
Bachelor s Degree preferred

Advanced Technical Knowledge of:
  • Basic Microsoft Office
  • CAD
