Vaco is hiring an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation.

This is a fully onsite and contract to hire opportunity.  Candidates must be local to Cincinnati, OH

This leader will ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams, driving alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams while championing Agile practices and leveraging Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or Business Central).
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resources across complex enterprise programs.
Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to define project objectives and success criteria.
Utilize Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking progress.
Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Provide clear and concise executive-level reporting on status, milestones, and risks.
Continuously optimize project delivery processes and governance.

Required Qualifications:
7+ years in technical project/program management roles.
Strong track record delivering ERP implementations — ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Hands-on expertise with Agile delivery and Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working alongside developers, QA, business analysts, and product owners.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Fundamentals, PMP, CSM/SAFe, or similar.
Experience with enterprise cloud migrations, integrations, or architecture.
Familiarity with change management support for ERP implementations.
