RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Global Product Line Manager in Beaverton, OR.
Overview:
You will work closely with your Product Management team cross-functional teammates in Merchandising, Sourcing/Costing, Planning and Operational teams and lead the product creation cycle. This role supports all aspects of the product creation process for Kids Apparel. You will partner with Global Merchandising, Sourcing, and Development teams to deliver seasonal rebuy apparel product offer for the company's Value Channel Offense. We are looking for a Global Product Line Manager, focusing on Apparel. These roles will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the product creation process.
You will work with Product Management and a cross-functional team (Merchandising, Inline Product, Image Artist, Sourcing/Costing, and remote Product Creation Center) on the apparel creation process from brief to final product approval. You will lead the product creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration across cross-functional partners. You will be delivering on key dates and holding yourself accountable to be a great teammate.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with inline partners to determine product lifecycles and best product opportunities to deliver seasonal revenue and profitability targets in partnership with their manager and merchandising. They will analyze consumer and competitive trends in the market, understand channel opportunities, and identify quality product to bring to market for our consumer.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or an additional 4 years, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
* 2-3 years of related experience in product-related role
* Ability to guide multiple product creation timelines
* Passion for product and understanding the consumer trends and sport preferences
* Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus
* Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
* Outstanding attention to detail and organization skills
* Collaborative, team-oriented approach
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Willingness to think differently about product creation and digital solutions to product planning
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
