An incident response company HQ'd in the Greater Philly area is looking to hire a full-time Technical Lead. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take on a hands-on role in network infrastructure, serving as the escalation point for technical issues and providing project management support. We're looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.
We're seeking candidates with a strong background in all aspects of Windows, Microsoft, and Network that can also handle project management duties. You will be managing multiple infrastructure projects at once, overseeing 4-5 infrastructure technicians, and using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
