Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to enhance the accessibility, usability, and responsiveness of enterprise eligibility systems. This role requires a strong background in user-centered design, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and accessible digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Lead user research and journey mapping to uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement.

Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies aligned with accessibility guidelines and branding standards.

Conduct usability testing and apply best practices in responsive design and SEO optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply industry best practices in design.

Facilitate discovery workshops, feedback sessions, and sprint planning to ensure design solutions align with business goals.

Leverage design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Hotjar to create and iterate on user experiences.

Design interfaces for AI/ML systems, focusing on explainable AI (XAI) and human-AI interaction principles.

Develop solutions for complex systems with regulatory or rule-based business logic, particularly in government, healthcare, or finance.

Create clear and effective data visualizations for complex datasets and AI insights.

Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility (WCAG and related standards).

Communicate design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus: Experience with eligibility determination systems or similar rule-based, data-intensive platforms.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

4+ years hands-on experience designing UI/UX for enterprise systems using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

4+ years experience collaborating with technical and business teams, ensuring solutions align with accessibility and branding standards.

4+ years applying UX principles (hierarchy, contrast, alignment) in responsive and accessible design.

4+ years creating wireframes and prototypes supporting Agile development cycles.
Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years experience designing visual diagrams and narratives (e.g., workflows, timelines, system architecture).

3+ years experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder feedback sessions.

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent projects.
