Position: Security Engineer
Location: Remote (CST hours preferred)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Engineer to support the migration from an on-prem legacy identity provider to a cloud-based directory service. The ideal candidate will focus on identity protocols, SSO, MFA, and security infrastructure while contributing to enterprise-level security initiatives.
Must-Have:
- Experience with identity protocols: SAML, OIDC, OAuth, FIDO
- Strong understanding of SSO and MFA
- Experience with Oracle Access Manager and/or Microsoft Entra
- Network security and security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, authentication)
- Tools: Palo Alto, Splunk, CyberArk, Forescout, etc.
- Scripting (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Microsoft and Linux OS experience
- Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, and cloud security practices
Responsibilities:
- Lead identity protocol integration during identity provider migration
- Manage SSO and MFA configurations and operations
- Implement and maintain security systems across a distributed environment
- Research and address potential vulnerabilities and security trends
- Ensure compliance with privacy laws and internal policies
- Mentor peers and provide expert-level security guidance across teams
