All about the role:
This is a Product Manager Branded Webstores APAC&MEA role. To be successful in this role you will need to find a fine balance between strategic thinking and a hands-on attitude, while being a e-commerce champion with a high affinity to technology and data.
As the Product Manager, you will play key role in defining and driving the product strategy, ensuring it meets the needs of our consumers and internal users.


What you'll do:
  • You own the Branded Webstores APAC & MEA product area which covers the following solutions:
    - Ecommerce Engine
    - Ecommerce Frontend and Content Management System
    - D2C Fulfillment and Finance Process
  • Product Strategy and Vision
    - Responsible for the definition and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify the needs and pain points of our consumers and internal users.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights to refine and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Product Lifecycle Management
    - Work closely with the Engineering Managers, Engineers, Product Owners, and Product Domain to translate the product vision into detailed product requirements and specifications.
    - Drive the end-to-end product development process, including planning, execution, and release management.
    - Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the products functionality and usability.
    - Make your product as self-serviceable as possible by applying a diverse set of techniques, e.g., documentation, trainings, coaching, key user concepts, communities.
    - Measure the performance of your product to retrieve actions around user adoption or improvement.
    - Ensure that your products are adopted by your target users, improved or sunset.
  • People Leadership
    - Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
    - Set clear objectives and clear results and align with the people around your team.
    - Build a relationship of trust and respect with all stakeholders which are affected by your product area.
    - Act as the central point of contact for all product-related queries and provide timely updates to stakeholders on product status and roadmap.

Who You Are?
  • Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce, product management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
  • Owning, organizing, and prioritizing the product backlog
  • Breaking down deliverables, planning releases, monitoring product performance
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated business and product-user acumen.
  • Excellent project and program management skills with the ability to orchestrate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • 3+ years experience in agile working environments.
  • 3+ years of tech leadership experience with SAP Commerce/Hybris or other ecommerce engine
  • Experience with Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) or similar toolset will be considered as a plus
  • Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
