Job Details

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years in hosted environments (Managed Services, Co-Lo, Cloud, SDC, MSL)
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar enterprise ITSM platforms
  • Experience in server/storage sizing, software licensing, and configuration
  • Experience with creating and documenting IT solution proposals and cost models
  • Experience in drafting infrastructure migration plans and integration timelines
  • Experience with enterprise-level change management processes
  • Strong communication skills for client engagement and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and validate infrastructure and service requirements with client teams
  • Translate customer needs into detailed technical specifications and transition plans
  • Draft complete solution proposals including sizing, licensing, and support levels
  • Act as liaison between technology teams, delivery centers, and stakeholders
  • Manage ServiceNow requests and track all proposal submissions and approvals
  • Conduct meetings, generate metrics reports, and suggest operational enhancements
  • Lead or support service improvement initiatives and proposal process automation
