Job Title: Senior Data & Analytics Consultant (2 roles)

Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 3x/week

Contract Length: 12+ months

Rate: $43-48/hr

Interview Process: 1 round 30-minute Teams panel interview

Top Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant analytics experience
  • Proficiency with MSSQL (queries, optimization)
  • Experience with data analysis and data cleansing tools (Alteryx, SSMS)
  • Ability to define data sourcing and transformation requirements
  • Knowledge of metadata management and data governance practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills


  • Plusses:
  • Experience with Google Data Cloud stack (Dataplex, BigQuery)
  • Familiarity with SSIS packages and Agile processes (Jira)


  • Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled, self-driven, results-oriented senior data analyst to support Chief Administrative Office (CAO) data enablement and management activities. This role includes gathering and writing data use case requirements, performing data analysis, and developing data relationship designs. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple workstreams, and engaging with business partners to define and deliver impactful and reusable data solutions. This role is critical to enabling CAO-wide data initiatives and will directly influence how data is leveraged across key business functions.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data use case requirements
    • Design scalable data models and relationships
    • Support database enhancements and data quality initiatives
    • Document data lineage, sharing agreements, etc.
    • Evaluate upstream system changes and recommend impacts
