We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Salesforce implementations from planning through deployment. We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Salesforce implementations from planning through deployment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing Salesforce projects across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, with a strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects including scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Partner with business leaders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Oversee cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and analysts.
- Identify risks, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage client communications, project documentation, and executive reporting.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience with at least 5+ years focused on Salesforce projects.
- Proven track record delivering complex Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
- PMP, CSM, or Salesforce certifications preferred.
