ServiceNow Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX ( 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12 Months+

Position require person to work on w2, and client cannot provide sponsorship.

• This project encompasses application realization, resource allocation across domains, and the transition of tools and vendor solutions into the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• The ideal candidate will be capable of leading the full lifecycle of the migration, from planning through execution. They should bring hands-on expertise in ServiceNow module configuration and be comfortable providing both strategic direction and technical support.
• This role requires close collaboration with architects and domain leads to assign resources, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Preferred candidates will have either:

A background as a ServiceNow developer or engineer who has transitioned into project management,

or

A project manager with strong, hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Host project calls, track issues, and ensure successful execution
• Manage the migration of applications and data into ServiceNow
• Ensure alignment with Application Portfolio Management framework and business requirements
• Stabilize builds and manage configuration tasks across ServiceNow module
• Assist with application development and customization within ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot complex, environment-specific issues
• Support ad-hoc development tasks as needed.

Must Haves:

• 10 years + of ServiceNow project management and migration
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and module management
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Familiarity with multiple ServiceNow modules
• Prior experience with the Enterprise Architecture app in ServiceNow.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in architectural design and strategy
