Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex supply chain and logistics improvement initiatives to align with business objectives.
- Manage project execution in distribution centers, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and service levels.
- Develop and maintain project management standards and methodologies for consistent project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scope and oversee the development of project plans.
- Mentor and coach team leaders, providing training on project leadership tools and methodologies.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business or related field.
- PMP certification or related Project Management/Lean Six Sigma certification.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics.
- 5+ years of experience in project leadership or operations excellence.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in CSCP, CLTD, SC Pro or APICS.
- Experience with implementing automation in fulfillment/distribution centers.
- Proven problem-solving skills to develop innovative engineering solutions.
