6 month contract opportunity immediately available 5 days a week onsite with our insurance client in Clearwater. Amazing opportunity to gain valuable experience in the insurance domain. Prior insurance or bookkeeping experience are helpful but not required.
Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Essential Duties
- Assists in the calculation of past due balances and contacts clients via email to collect.
- Assist in managing and organizing departmental email inboxes.
- Performs data entry, call outs and sends emails to clients. (External calls)
- Clocks in and out consistently and accurately by using the electronic timeclock system for all time worked and does not perform any work when not clocked-in.

Minimum Requirements
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience.
- Bookkeeping, accounting, or billing and collections experience preferred.
