Job Title: SailPoint IAM Developer
Location: Madison, WI
Domain: Finance
Long Term Contract
Looking for W2 Candidates. No C2C

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions, including connectors, workflows, rules, roles, and certification campaigns.
  • Develop lifecycle events (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), provisioning workflows, and user access reviews.
  • Integrate SailPoint with various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, Azure AD, SAP).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity management issues.
  • Work with IT security and compliance teams to enforce RBAC, SoD, and policy governance.
  • I participate in access recertification, audit reporting, and control implementation.
  • Deploy changes through CI/CD pipelines, maintain version control, and document system changes.
  • Ensure SailPoint deployments meet high availability, performance, and scalability standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow experience
  • Strong skills in Java, BeanShell, XML, and REST API integration
  • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO/Federation technologies (SAML, OAuth)
  • Excellent understanding of identity governance, access policies, and compliance processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud IAM (Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM)
  • Familiarity with SailPoint plugin development and Identity AI module
  • Hands-on with Git, Jenkins, and Agile practices
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
