Our client is searching for an IT Project Coordinator/Jr Project Manager for a remote contract position.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support enterprise initiatives through strategic program oversight and high-impact administrative execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable interfacing with senior leadership, and can seamlessly manage the behind-the-scenes operations that drive successful programs.
The Analyst will play a critical role in:
Coordinating and facilitating meetings
Preparing executive-level content and deliverables
Managing documentation and meeting scripts
Supporting program delivery and reporting
This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, communication finesse, and operational discipline.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure adherence to program management standards and operating models for consistent delivery
Plan and facilitate key meetings, including:
o Agenda development
o Note-taking
o Action item tracking
Create executive-level presentations, deliverables, and scripts
Collaborate with stakeholders to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling content
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into:
o Program progress
o Risks and roadblocks
o Key outcomes and successes
Support cross-functional teams in resolving execution challenges
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
