Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and refinement of user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to inform design decisions Develop and maintain comprehensive wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams Apply design thinking methodology (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test) to solve complex user experience challenges across Ameren's digital platforms and services Demonstrate problem-solving skills by developing effective and well-prioritized solutions using appropriate UX tools and technologies Lead collaborative ideation sessions and design workshops with cross-functional teams to generate innovative solutions to user experience challenges Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces that align with Ameren's brand standards Conduct usability testing and user research to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Present updates, research outputs and visuals to product managers, product owners and other key stakeholders

Skills:
Background in Human Centric Design
Self-Motivated to learn and take projects independently Strong communication skills

Proficient in working with Figma (preferred) Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors Engineering, Design, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction or a related discipline.
