Chicago Advisors is looking for Mainframe/COBOL developer for its Govt. client in Springfield, IL
Duration: 5 Years
Mandatory Requirements:
1) The resource must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related fields such as Accounting or Mathematics, or 6 years of equivalent the knowledge, skill and workplace experience.
2) The resource must have minimum five (5) years of experience with IMS databases.
3) The resource must have minimum five (5) years of experience with COBOL programming language
4) The resource must have minimum five (5) years of experience with TSO (Time Sharing Option) utility.
5) The resource must have minimum five (5) years of experience with PANVALET (revision control and source code management system) utilities.
6) The resource must have minimum five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Office
7) The resource must have minimum five (5) years of experience with FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and transferring data from IMS files into EXCEL spreadsheets.
8) The resource must have minimum five (5) years of experience with analysis and system design.
