Role Description: Support the CGTi as a Release Train Engineer, facilitate agile team events, and coach the teams on agile ways of working. Ensure Scrum and SAFe are understood, and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines. Get the team to a high-performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques. Work with Scrum Masters, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision-making and support respective development and project teams. Facilitate and support all scrum events and ceremonies. Act as a leader who coaches and supports the Agile team assigned, explores opportunities and initiatives to grow professionally in a self-assignment way, and displays skills and capabilities in the area of business partnering and/or product management. Demonstrate proficiency in the role of RTE Refer to the Responsibilities listed on the website. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the release train, applying advanced agile principles and practices. Mentor and develop other Scrum Masters and agile team members.Competencies: Agile Way of Working, PharmacovigilanceExperience (Years): 10 & AboveEssential Skills: In-depth knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e., Scrum, Kanban) or understanding of software development lifecycle models, as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices. Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles, adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques. Demonstrated project-based work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage, particularly within Manufacturing / TechOps environments. Ability to understand technical processes, with strong communication skills and the ability to train/coach others. Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques. Desirable Skills: Good communication skills - fluent in written and spoken English
