Systems Operations Engineer 4
Candidate will be working in application Support role.
Candidate will work with team and lead who owns incidents & change and problem management process in production environment for all applications.
Candidate will be responsible for identifying if there is any gap in existing monitoring setup and should drive to close those gaps.
Candidate should able to communicate to App dev partners and assist with prioritizing nonfunctional requirement in their sprint cycle.
Candidate would be able to create/make escalation matrix.
Candidate will be responsible for communicating all important stakeholder of application support organization.
Required Skills:
DevOps / SRE / Deployment automation skills
Strong knowledge of all Service Management Disciplines (Incident, problem, change management
Service Operations Hands on/Technical engineering skillset - ability to work on various technologies
Working knowledge of Payments
Desired Skills:
Experience in Systems Engineering
Experience in technology or production engineering roles within financial services
Proven expertise working with global automation functions.
Experience with payments systems (e.g., Fedwire, CHAPS, RTGS) or liquidity platforms is highly desirable.
Strong grasp of ITIL practices and modern DevOps/SRE methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
Datadriven, risk-aware mindset with proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Splunk, Control-M, etc.
