We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our growing HR Technology team, with a strong focus on Workday. In this role, you'll act as a strategic problem solver and systems thinker, helping to optimize, integrate, and scale our HR technology ecosystem. To be considered you must be located in Nashville TN. Its onsite 5 days a week.
Over the next 3-6 months, you'll play a critical role in supporting key initiatives such as data conversion, internal talent marketplace readiness, global process optimization, and Workday security configuration. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders-primarily based in Nashville, TN-and a remote team of experienced Workday engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Workday-related data conversion activities, including EIB loads and functional testing.
- Drive pre-launch efforts for Higherscore (Internal Talent Marketplace) by cleaning and enhancing employee profiles.
- Analyze and optimize global business processes by configuring rules, approval workflows, and system efficiencies.
- Assist with Workday security restructuring and quick-task security assignments.
- Collaborate on Workday UAT testing in support of an ongoing learning implementation.
- Partner with HR teams on CRM initiatives (Phenom), ensuring smooth integrations and data flow.
- Gather and translate business needs into system design recommendations, leveraging Workday best practices and industry insights.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in Core HCM, Recruiting and Talent modules. (Compensation and Benefits experience is a plus.)
- Proven experience in:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Designing scalable system solutions
- Recommending and implementing Workday best practices
- Experience with Phenom CRM or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and time zones.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote-first, team-oriented environment.
