Job Details

An infrastructure services consulting company is currently looking for a ServiceNow Architect/Developer to add to their growing team. This individual should understand ServiceNow architecture best practices but still be extremely hands on with the development side. They started a brand-new Service Now build for a government client about a year ago. This solution is largely "out of the box" vs highly customized with specialized fields because they must consider so many end clients. There is a high level of intricacy as one major instance has multiple domains within it. We're looking for someone who understands how changes to each domain, or the greater instance could impact the reliant domains. Some of the Service Now features they have deployed are ITSM and HAM modules, and CMDB Asset library. Soon, they are also hoping to deploy a catalog feature.

This is new product for their end client. It is a mixture of new build and maintenance but was just launched within the last year. They have one domain fully in production. One domain in development. Two clients that are in workshop planning. They are even about to build a new module. As a result, they have a full gambit of new implementation and maintenance support.

An ideal candidate will be open to working MST hours although they can sit anywhere in the US and work remotely.
