resource who will work with Corp Finance Business to support Application in North America. You will work across the following applications Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion applications, Essbase, Oracle EPM Cloud and Finance applications. On a day to day basis, the job will entail will entail the review, mgmt. and closure of production issues, collaborating with peer groups/functions etc.

Why this role is important to us:

On a day to day basis as a Application Development/ Maintenance team member, you will be part of the team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing, Supporting Corporate Finance Business Applications. You will work closely with senior team members working with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.. Your role includes support and maintenance of existing applications and solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Oracle Application Development Support AVP, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Provide L4-level technical support for finance applications.
  • Develop and implement solutions based on business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical application issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a complex environment.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and cloud teams for deployment and operations.
  • Work across geographically distributed teams.
  • Operate independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and artifact repositories is a plus.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Cloud & Application Development: Advanced experience in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications. Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms is preferred.
  • Oracle Technologies: Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle EPM Cloud, and Essbase.
  • PL/SQL: Strong skills in PL/SQL development, including design, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
  • Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, and NPM.
  • Functional Testing - Ability to execute functional testing
  • Risk and Issue Management: Experience managing application risks and resolving issues.
  • IT Infrastructure Support: Understanding of application and infrastructure support processes.
  • Project and Delivery Management: Experience in managing technical projects and production support.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work with global teams and client stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Agile Tools: Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence in agile environments.

Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Developer or in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual
