Role Summary

This role will support a core banking upgrade initiative (MBP 3.8 to 3.11) and work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the core banking solution strategy for digital banking implementations
- Support implementation and enhancement of FIS MBP core banking solutions
- Analyze, define, and document technical specifications and integration requirements for MBP upgrades (3.8 ? 3.11)
- Review and analyze MBP 3.11 documentation with internal and external stakeholders
- Define and document API and event-driven updates
- Maintain and manage the Kanban board and Agile workflows
- Support testing strategies, including API and integration testing
- Ensure adherence to banking policies, audit controls, and IT asset management guidelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, and Compliance teams
- Execute and support audit and compliance activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services
- Hands-on experience with FIS MBP and Digital One platforms
- Strong understanding of banking ecosystems and system integrations
- Experience working in Agile / Kanban environments
- Proficiency with JIRA, Visio, MS Office
- Experience testing APIs using Postman, Rest Assured, and writing API automation scripts
- Solid knowledge of banking concepts: ACH, EFT, deposits, lending, general ledger (GL)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
