We are looking for an outstanding Engineering Program Manager to deliver next-generation sensing software technologies for health & fitness applications! From machine learning to artificial intelligence, you will be working at the innovative of custom hardware, data, and software capabilities to deliver extraordinary Apple experiences. We are looking for Program Managers who can thrive in a multifaceted workplace where both individual drive and team collaboration are the keys to success. You have experience in product development and program/project/product management, proven leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for shipping new technologies!
Key Qualifications
Technical program management experience taking a product from development through production.Knowledgeable of one or more technologies: embedded software, sensor systems, machine learning and computer vision. Ability to dive into technical details.Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills. Able to work with diverse teams and interact, influence, collaborate, and negotiate optimally at all levels of management.Self-motivated and proactive. Understand and deals well with a fast paced environment, while remaining calm and flexible in the face of uncertainty.Medical device or fitness background is beneficial

In this role, you will drive large, multi-functional efforts to build technologies across Apple. Your ability to develop relationships and trust across system and module hardware and software teams will be key to your success. You will drive feature definition, implementation and testing while engaging with algorithm, SW engineering, embedded firmware, hardware, and testing teams. You will ensure tight inter-team coordination and communicationYou will create development schedules, identify critical paths, and maintain throughout execution. You are able to grasp sophisticated technical topics, identify risks and mitigation pathsYou are able to synthesize large amounts of data into concise written and verbal analyses that enable decision making at the executive levelThe ideal candidate will possess an ambitious approach to problem solving and have exceptional leadership skills built on a rock solid foundation of planning and risk management.

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700.00 and $282,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
