Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your broad knowledge of Windows, Windows-based systems such as Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, security concepts, and Bomgar/RDP to provide top-notch support.
- Advanced Skills: Utilize your advanced technical computer skills to support specific functional areas and related systems.
- Service Now Proficiency: Manage and resolve issues using the Service Now ticketing system.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong orientation towards client satisfaction.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to ensure clear and concise information exchange.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Desktop, Windows 10, and VMware.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and recommend improvements for technical and process issues.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
- Task Management: Complete tasks as assigned by dispatchers and management, and update service tickets promptly.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and acting as a technical contact for escalated issues.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work Queue Management: Constantly monitor individual work queues to resolve routine and non-routine VDI issues and requests.
- Service Level Agreements: Ensure completion of all assigned work and proper communication with clients to meet service level agreements and service demands.
