Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a.NET Senior Software Engineer with a major corporation in Burbank, CA.
This is an on-site role requiring regular presence at our Burbank, CA office. On-site Monday - Thursday, Remote Fridays.

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a contractor for a greenfield application development project. This is a unique opportunity to architect and build a brand-new enterprise-grade application from the ground up. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in .NET technologies, strong architectural design capabilities, and a passion for clean, scalable code.

Lead the design and development of a new application using modern .NET technologies.
Define and implement software architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) from an accredited institution.
7+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
Proven experience in architecting and building enterprise-level applications from scratch.
Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Prior experience in building applications with high security and compliance requirements
