Job Details

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Compensation Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Healthcare Services clients in Washington DC .

Responsibilities :
  • Support the administration and planning of the employee compensation program to ensure the most competitive and strategic compensation practices.
  • Maintain collaboration and effective partnerships by providing analysis support to various stakeholders.
  • Work to relay information between the compensation team and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Updating mapping files, compensation manuals, and other compensation documents.
Required Skills :
  • At least 1+ year of experience in HR Comp Analyst role (doesn't have to be healthcare). Candidates should have prior experience working as a Compensation Analyst.
  • Have experience conducting analyses with large data sets in excel.
  • Must have proficient excel experience analyzing data, data mapping, pivot tables, and exporting into excel from other internal programs.
