Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IBM Sterling Administrator to manage and support the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Sterling platform, along with solid troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
We are seeking a skilled IBM Sterling Administrator to manage and support the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Sterling platform, along with solid troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SB2BI) and related components.
- Manage and monitor day-to-day system performance and integrations.
- Implement and maintain secure file transfer protocols and communication channels (SFTP, AS2, HTTP, FTP, etc.).
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to support integration needs.
- Create and maintain trading partner setups and business processes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to system performance, message flows, and integration failures.
- Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and system changes.
Required Skills:
- 3 5 years of experience as a Sterling B2B Integrator Admin.
- Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway, Control Center, and Secure Proxy.
- Strong understanding of XML, EDI, XSLT, and related data formats.
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix commands, shell scripting, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with SSL certificates and encryption protocols.
- Familiarity with database administration (DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IBM Sterling certifications.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
- Exposure to cloud-based Sterling environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Experience in industries such as retail, supply chain, or healthcare.
