Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of progressive experience as a Business Architect or in a similar strategic role, with enterprise-level initiatives.
- Proven success in leading large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Health & Human Services integrated eligibility systems (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP).
- Certifications (CBAP, TOGAF, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma).
- Working knowledge of SNAP, Medicaid, TANF eligibility rules and policy interpretation.
