Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Oracle FLEXCUBE and Corporate Banking operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid mix of functional and technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business and technology teams to analyze, document, and enhance banking processes.

  • Utilize Oracle FLEXCUBE expertise to support Trade Finance, Treasury, and Lending operations.

  • Perform complex data analysis using SQL, MS Excel, and Python.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and testing of system changes.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience: Oracle FLEXCUBE (Corporate Banking modules).

  • Technical expertise: SQL, MS Excel, and Data Analysis.

  • Programming: Proficiency in Python.

  • Domain knowledge: Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury, and Lending.

  • Methodology: Strong Agile experience.

  • Preferred Competency: Familiarity with Big Data and Hadoop Ecosystem M
