Job Summary (List Format) Tech Lead / Solution Architect
- Lead architectural design and technical direction for large-scale enterprise applications in the Multifamily division.
- Define and implement solution and security architecture patterns that align with business objectives.
- Design and guide the implementation of cloud-native, microservices-based architectures, including 12-factor applications and micro-frontends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish scalable data and integration solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and architecture teams.
- Drive enterprise-wide technology modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Oversee architectural decisions and ensure best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices.
- Leverage expertise in technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python/PySpark, PostgreSQL, AWS, and MongoDB.
- Apply deep knowledge of solution, data, and security architecture patterns.
- Lead and manage large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
- Possess experience and/or knowledge of the primary or secondary mortgage industry, with preference for backgrounds in GSEs, banks, or financial institutions.
- Utilize experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization tools, particularly in compliance-driven environments.
- Stay current with emerging technology trends in the financial and real estate sectors.
