Security Operations Senior Manager

Looking for a 100% remote Sr. Security Operations Manager? This role is for a global FinTech firm in the Greater Philadelphia Area. They are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee their Security Operations team. This team consists of 1 SOC lead and 2 SOC analysts. Strategic thinking is valued over technical skills, although a cyber background is required.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead security operations in this global firm. You should come from an infrastructure background and have transitioned into Cyber. Ideal candidates will have 6-10 years of previous management experience. • 10+ years' experience with hands-on security
• 8+ years of management experience
• Strong written communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• BA in computer science, MIS, or related field
• Strong analytical skills (interpreting and applying)
