Role : eCommerce Business Analyst & Project Implementation Coordinator (ecom BA + PM)

Duration: 6 months +

Domain preference : Telecom

Experience : ecommerce in telecom, retail etc. also experience in writing epics, user stories, and tools like Azure Dev Ops or equivalent etc.

Job description:

An experienced eCommerce Business Analyst & Implementation Coordinator to drive requirements discovery, manage cross-functional stakeholder alignment, collaborate with the chosen ecom product vendor team to develop the SOW and roadmap, and oversee end-to-end execution of the implementation.

This role will serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, chosen ecom product partner and other teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and has experience coordinating telecom/eCommerce implementations from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis
  • Lead discovery workshops with business units to gather detailed eCommerce requirements.
  • Document functional requirements, workflows, customer journeys, and end-to-end use cases.
  • Build a comprehensive Use Case Inventory covering shopping cart flows, product catalog, payments, service qualification, order flows, account management, and more.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for chosen ecommerce product team.
  1. Collaboration With chosen ecom product & SOW Development
  • Work closely with chosen ecom product vendor s team to interpret requirements and confirm feasibility.
  • Participate in scoping discussions to define required configurations, customizations, integrations, and dependencies.
  • Drive creation of the Scope of Work (SOW) includes scope boundaries, assumptions, timelines, deliverables, and effort estimates.
  • Coordinate feedback loops and facilitate approval and sign-off of the SOW.
  1. Implementation Coordination & Project Execution
  • Serve as the POC between customer , ecom product vendor and partner teams during implementation.
  • Maintain project schedules, track milestone progress, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, review sessions, and cross-functional working groups.
  • Ensure alignment across business teams, IT, ecom product vendor and partner teams.
  • Work with ecom product vendor team and customer business team to define test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
  • Track defects and ensure timely resolution with ecom product vendor team and partner teams.
  • Validate that all SOW deliverables are functioning as designed and meet business requirements.
  • Provide weekly status reports and report to program team.
