Job Details
Supports the health IT Unit in the implementation of the EHR solution. Collaborates with the clinical staff and IT leaders to translate clinician requirements into coordinated specifications for the EHR solution.
Support the Electronic Health Records program. Posses experience withing a Clinical/Health/Bio-Tech environment. has familiarity with HL7 and its family of standards including V@, Clinical Document Architecture, and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources. Supports the health IT Unit in the implementation of the EHR solution. Collaborates with the clinical staff and IT leaders to translate clinician requirements into coordinated specifications for the EHR solution. Defines Health IT requirements for clinical disciplines as they relate to the strategic plan and unit mission. Provides business analysis on clinical processes (not billing or insurance). Contributes to project/program implementation, infrastructure, system architecture, planning, project initiation, business systems analysis, requirements definition, systems design, systems development, system testing, system implementation, on-going maintenance and enhancement, effective problem identification and resolution, production service and support, and systems administration support tasks to ensure computer applications will assist in achieving its day-to-day mission. Implements downtime readiness procedures and internal reporting regarding system response time and service level agreements for connectivity and operational effectiveness of Health IT. Ensures compliance with the project management standards and procedures for development, enhancement, and deployment of applications developed or procured by Health IT/ITU to deliver services that satisfy user requirements and Health IT/ITU.
It is required that candidates work in the Richmond Atmore office 4 days/week. Telework day may be Tues, Weds or Thurs. |
