Pay Range: $60 - $68/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end configuration of Manhattan Active WMS modules including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and labor management.
  • Translate business requirements into functional configurations and workflows.
  • Customize RF workflows, user roles, labeling standards, and reporting tools.
  • Provide hypercare support during go-live and post-implementation phases.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Manhattan Active WMS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in real-time with warehouse operations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes through system enhancements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation including configuration records, SOPs, training materials, and process flows.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption and efficiency.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects involving WMS enhancements or new site rollouts.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals.
  • Configure and implement Manhattan WMS solutions including Labor Management and SCI Reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and provide support for Manhattan solutions.
  • Develop software solutions in an agile environment, including requirements definition and functional specification.
  • Drive integration meetings to determine system requirements and specifications.
  • Drive process and productivity improvements based on analysis of existing operations and system capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment of customer and business process enhancement requests with the core system scope.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-Manhattan Active, WMS, MAWM
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)
  • Proven experience in end-to-end WMS implementations, preferably in large-scale or multi-site environments.
  • Strong supply chain experience with functional knowledge of Distribution and 3PL Logistics.
  • Deep understanding in configurations, implementations, and troubleshooting of Manhattan solutions.
  • Familiarity with Labor Management Systems (LMS), and Warehouse Controls/Execution Systems (WCS/WES).
  • Ability to research and recommend custom designs to resolve client issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good work ethic.
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills Java and JavaScript experience highly preferred Technologies Proficiency in multiple programming languages, expertise in at least one Experience with relational and NoSQL databases Experience with RESTful web services.
  • Proven experience working with all layers of application development. Significant experience with distributed computing and message-based systems
  • Comfortable working with open-source technologies Proficiency in data modeling
  • Strong understanding of interface mapping with downstream and upstream systems
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for data manipulation and automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based WMS environments and SaaS deployment models.
  • Experience with Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF) and RESTful APIs for system integrations.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira
  • Experience with system integrations Oracle and data mapping.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, labor management, and slotting.
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent working experience.
  • English (Speak, Read, Write).
