We are currently seeking a Field Service Coordinator who will be responsible for driving efficiency and productivity within the field service organization while delivering a positive customer experience .
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and scheduling field service resources for Installations, Preventative Maintenance, and Field Modifications while balancing the urgent needs of a complex customer base.
- Driving customer satisfaction through the use of effective communication skills and following through on expectations.
- Managing the strategic scheduling and efficiency of Field Service resources while balancing priorities.
The required qualifications for the job include:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of Customer service and/or service coordination/dispatching or case management experience
- Knowledge of standard Computer Administrative Tools (Windows, MS Office)
It would be a plus if you had previous experience in:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics routing
- Knowledge of Oracle/Service Max or similar SMS is desired
