Sr. Project Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure and construction within clinical environments. You ll play a pivotal role in managing M&A projects with IT and facilities interdependencies ensuring readiness and alignment across multiple departments. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments and enjoy working at the intersection of technology and operations.


  • Location: Remote OK Preference to Pacific or Central Time Zone
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65 $75 per hour

What You ll Do:


  • Drive project execution for M&A initiatives involving IT, infrastructure, and clinical environments
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors across healthcare facilities
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and reporting; maintain compliance with EPMO standards
  • Oversee operational readiness planning and manage interdependencies between IT systems and construction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise-level projects and executive stakeholders

What Gets You the Job:


  • Bachelor s degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure or construction projects
  • Demonstrated ability in project financial management and cross-functional facilitation
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel to healthcare facilities throughout Southern California if needed
