Oracle Cloud O2C Technical Developer (Onsite Irving, TX)-W2 Only

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud O2C Technical Developer to support and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. This is an onsite role in Irving, TX, and requires strong technical expertise in developing custom integrations and reports, with a solid functional understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PLSQL, and FBDI
• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP)
• Collaborate with functional teams and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work on O2C modules including Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Pricing, and Accounts Receivable, as well as P2P modules
• Develop and support complex order types including Drop Ship, Back-to-Back, Assemble-to-Order (ATO), and Configure-to-Order (CTO)
• Participate in end-to-end implementation and migration projects for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Utilize VBCS to build custom UI components where necessary
• Provide production support and performance tuning for custom objects
• Knowledge of ASCP and Demand Planning is a strong plus

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP development, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Strong technical skills in OIC, FBDI, PLSQL, OTBI, and BIP
• Hands-on experience with O2C and P2P implementations or migrations
• Sound functional understanding of O2C lifecycle and different order types
• Experience in developing custom integrations and reports in a Cloud environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with VBCS for front-end extensions
• Knowledge of ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) and Demand Planning
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials or Procurement modules is a plus
