Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Position Type: Contract
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite from Day 1, Hybrid Model 3Days Onsite)
Note: In-Person Interview Mandate.
Job Description:
- 8+ years of experience as a business analyst in wealth management/securities master.
- Proven experience in implementing product master solutions.
- Solid understanding of reference data management principles within wealth management.
- Experience working closely with operations teams to align technology solutions with business workflows.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality principles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of reference data (especially fixed income) in the wealth management industry.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting reference data in financial services.
- Excellent communication, senior stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
