Compensation
Pay Range:$47.49-$67.85/Hrs

Description
Lead application development and maintenance with extensive industry experience.
Understand end-to-end architecture involving various technologies.
Operate as a technical/team lead guiding other engineers.
Ensure software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
Write code, perform configuration, and unit testing for robust interfaces.
Contribute to story refinement and requirement definition.
Participate in estimating work and delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex software to achieve business goals.
Guide team in application support work and development assignments.
Write code, configure, and test to ensure successful integration.
Contribute to existing test suites and analyze test reports.
Document deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
Participate and coach team in delivery/release events.

Qualifications
10 years of industry experience.
Experience with development and maintenance of distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with data replication technologies and RDBMS.
Proficiency in writing code using development tools and understanding coding standards.
Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools.
Experience with logging, monitoring, and automation scripting.
Extensive experience with data replication products.
