Join our team as a Product Development Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in the product development process, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across various teams. Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire sampling process, ensuring timely ordering and tracking of garment samples.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors and suppliers to meet brand timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Design, Product Development, and Merchandising to support business objectives.
- Manage sample yardage costs and readiness reporting, updating seasonal trackers as needed.
- Assist in preparing leadership dashboards with key metrics for milestone meetings.
- Identify and implement improvements to business processes for enhanced efficiency.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in product development or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in product development or a similar area.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of fabric and garment construction.
- Familiarity with PLM systems, particularly Centric.
- Experience in a retail or fashion environment.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
