About the Role: The OneTrust Functional Consultant will provide expert guidance and implementation support for the OneTrust platform. This role requires 10+ years of experience in functional consulting, focusing on configuring, optimizing, and integrating OneTrust modules within large enterprise environments to meet data privacy and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure OneTrust modules, specifically Data Mapping, Cookie Compliance, and Consent Management.
- Design and execute integration workflows utilizing APIs and SSO to connect OneTrust with various enterprise platforms.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices for data privacy, compliance, and leveraging the OneTrust platform capabilities.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical configurations and functional specifications.
Essential Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in functional consulting, ideally within data privacy or compliance domains.
- Deep functional expertise with core OneTrust modules (Data Mapping, Cookie Compliance, Consent Management).
- Strong technical understanding of integration methods including APIs and SSO.
- Proven ability to work with enterprise platforms and complex system architectures.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (e.g., General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)).
- Experience in a client-facing or advisory role.
